June 6: Day One

| 8:30 | Registration & Breakfast Your chance to mingle and get prepared for the day. |
| 9:00 | Introduction & Icebreaker Event officially begins. |
| 9:30 | Ideas pitching, unconference-style Your opportunity to present to the group, very quickly, the idea you’d like to work on. Post your idea to a grid for others to look at. |
| 10:00 | Break Your chance to look at the grid and pick an idea you might want to work on. |
| 10:20 | First Brainstorm with Parameters Join the group you’re interested in working on. We give you some parameters to work with, and you brainstorm how to make your idea into a proposal. |
| 11:10 | Second Brainstorm with Parameters Not satisfied with the idea you started off with? This is your chance to check out what others are doing and join in. If you’re happy where you are, go with it! |
| 12:00 | Report back Everyone comes back into a large group; you tell us how you’re feeling and how far you think you’ve gotten. |
| 12:30 | LunchSpeaker: Boris Schaffer, President of Hamilton Insurance, the Co-operators |
| 1:30 | Focus Back to teams; we give you a template for your proposal, and you start assigning roles and collaborating on workplans. |
| 2:30 | Break |
| 2:45 | Research & Development Actual proposal writing begins. This is when you start filling out your template for real. |
| 5:00 | Evening social at Campagnolo Day one is over; let’s have a social out in the neighbourhood. Campagnolo Restaurant 1020 Main Street |
June 7: Day Two

| 8:30 | Breakfast Day two registrations, breakfast and mingling. |
| 9:00 | Day one recap Let’s recap day one; are you feeling confident? Does your team need more time or support? Let us know! |
| 9:20 | Refinement Your last chance to finish up proposals. Did you finish early? Go see what other teams are doing – maybe they could use your help. |
| 10:45 | Break |
| 11:00 | Silent auction Put your proposal on a table with a ballot box. Green cards are for funding, blue cards are for in-kind support, and yellow cards are for feedback. You, your peers, mentors, coaches, and funders will look over all the proposals and silently bid on them and provide constructive feedback. Remember: treat proposals as you would have yours treated! |

| 2:00 | Report back This is your chance to give us feedback. How did you find Leading Change this year? What did you learn? What could we have done differently? Did you get the support you needed for your proposal? |
| 2:45 | Network Leading Change 2011 is officially over. But you can hang around with us! This is your chance to talk to funders, get more information, and offer further support to others. |
